You can order from www.beerescuecompany.fi through the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email where you can find information about price, dispatching costs and a summary of all the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.
We will send you a confirmation by e-mail, which will show you the price of the order, delivery costs and a summary of the ordered products. If you do not receive an order confirmation within a short time after placing your order, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will normally deliver the adoption certificate within 1 to 2 working days. Please note: Bee Rescue Finland Oy does not deliver honey jars. Honey will be delivered by Beekeepers within 2 to 6 working days unless otherwise stated in the product. Yet, It is up to the Beekeeper whether your honey arrives with Posti or Matkahuolto. We will dispatch the whole delivery in one shipment, unless otherwise instructed. Multi-dispatch orders may incur additional fees. We deliver to continental Finland and Åland by default. Please contact us before order if you wish for delivery within EU.
Honey jars are delivered as a package, which is sent to the nearest pick-up point. When the package can be picked up from the post office, you will be notified when the order arrives. The post office will store the products free of charge for a week (7 days) after their arrival, after which the package will be returned to the sender. For non-collected packages, we charge a handling fee of 20 euros.
General return and cancellation policy of 14 days for unused, resellable product applies. Please always notify seller in advance through email email@example.com or by +358505923056 (9.00-16.00). Bee Rescue reserves the right to not refund delivery costs.
Note that on cancellation situations the return of the payment is always done via the same payment gateway than the original order was placed through.
Please contact seller within 14 days of receiving product if you wish to return a product due to defect. Contact through email firstname.lastname@example.org or by +358505923056 (9.00-16.00). Please include details of defect, pictures and other details as applicable in your initial claim for speedy resolution.
Beekeepers pack products with care, but unfortunately items may be damaged during transit. If you receive a product that is damaged, always notify your pick-up point of damaged delivery and contact seller for further details on receiving non-damaged product.
